Knights Mechanical was founded in 1959 in Teaneck, New Jersey by Pamela Margolin, a seasoned union pipefitter with 25 years of experience. Recognizing the unsafe, wasteful, and discriminatory practices prevalent in the mechanical contracting industry, Ms. Margolin set out to create a company that would uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and fairness. Her commitment to quality and integrity led to repeated success, allowing the business to expand into Pennsylvania and New York, earning a strong reputation for tackling some of the most complex projects across the tri-state area.

With over 60 years of distinguished service, Knights Mechanical has honed its expertise in mechanical system design, layout, and installation, particularly on laboratory facility renovations and environmentally responsible construction practices. Today, the values established by Ms. Margolin continue to guide our work as we proudly maintain our status as a certified Minority and Women Business Enterprise.
